Today’s biodiesel is less stable than petrochemical diesel and is more prone to oxidation. It is also more hygroscopic and will absorb more moisture from the atmosphere. As ambient temperatures change this moisture condenses out of the fuel to form free water at the bottom of the fuel storage tank. This is the breeding ground for the diesel bug.
Fuel polishing systems are vital for diesel powered emergency systems. This removes a critical part of failure for these systems. The fuel in your system needs to be clean of water as it is likely to cause contamination to your stored fuel. Fuel polishing units are installed to preserve stored fuel. This will hugely enhance the reliability and durability of your system.

Normally fuel supply requires 24-hour notice, however we do offer 4-6 hour response in emergency situations.
